Account Executive - Public Relations and Social Media
Candidates will have a minimum of 1 year agency experience and will possess the necessary skills to learn the business while building and maintaining the client relationship.
Required Skills:

  • Strong problem-solving skills/analytical proficiency
  • Media relations experience and an understanding of social media and web marketing are essential, including effective and demonstrated use of Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, blogging, etc.
  • Ability to work independently under the direction of an Account Supervisor 
  • Confidence and maturity to work directly with clients on a daily basis
  • Broad understanding of all aspects of brand development and agency operations 
  • A strong desire to grow and a commitment to client service

Required Qualifications: 

  • BA/BS from an accredited university 
  • Previous agency experience is mandatory 
  • Ability to lead projects through completion in a timely manner while working with multiple agency departments 
  • Strong knowledge of interactive marketing and social media networking & analytics, excellent writing skills and results-driven media relations are a must
  • Demonstrated written, verbal and communication skills through creative briefs, marketing plans, press releases,feature articles, project guidelines and client contact reports


Media Planner/Buyer
Seasoned media planner/buyer with 7-10 years experience in an advertising agency planning multi-million dollar media campaigns is needed to lead media department.
Required Qualifications: 

  • Working knowledge of industry research, databases, and programs 
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment 
  • Ability to take ownership of deliverables and be proactive in tackling projects with minimal supervision 
  • Previous experience in the home improvement industry is helpful

Responsibilities: 

  • Help define the vision and direction of the media department 
  • Define media planning, buying & operations standards 
  • Lead teams in setting strategies for developing media plans 
  • Support existing client media needs as well as new business efforts 
  • Promote best practices across teams 
  • Manage vendor performance and financials 
  • Mentor/educate junior team members 
  • Manage the strategic and tactical execution of all media products 
  • Evaluate composition of a wide range of media vehicles to determine which would most effectively reach the target audience 
  • Demographic data and consumer profiles to identify desired target audiences for various media


Intern

Enthusiastic and driven student or young professional possessing the desire to learn the inner-workings of an integrated, full-service agency while assisting on clients’ accounts and internal operations.
